FAMILY CELEBRATES BIRTHDAY In honor of Samantha's March birthday, her grandma Jo fixed a wonderful turkey dinner. Everyone was able to attend and after dinner, Sam opened gifts. To celebrate her 18th birthday this March 2001, Samantha requested a buffet dinner, sleepover party and a wee bit o' gambling at the Casino near Mille Lacs Lake. Both Samantha's family and Dan's family was able to attend as well as friends, Deb and Chris. The buffet was delicious and after this second big meal of the day, Samantha opened more gifts. After los... *ahem* donating.. a little money, the young people settled in for a relaxing evening in their rooms; swimming and watching movies. The older folks headed home.
