We knead to bake!
This agenda is not firm, but it does reflect Klecko's latest intent.
When you have a usable bread dough, you can make different kinds of loaves for different purposes. You can make loaves for slicing for sandwiches, small loaves for hoagie buns, hotdog buns, hamburger buns, and other special purposes. Feel free to come and learn about different shapes or even demonstrate your own favorites.
There will also be a question and answer session.
Plans for the 2005 bake-off will also be explained.
If you want to bake bread at Saint Agnes, you can bring you bread in pans. Someone who works at Saint Agnes will put it in one of the ovens at Saint Agnes for you. (This makes every meeting something like last year's Community Oven.)
