I am a little fuzzy on the scenarios. Do they describe how the task is
being done now? If so your scenarios are great. The only thing I would
add would be any chmod stuff to make the web pages readable on the target
server.

Also, do we need to say what the user is going to attempt? Maybe we just
need to refer to a task, or write a description of what the scenario will
accomplish.
