Hi all,
I agree with David. We should focus on the user interface of the
application and support a focused group of users. Do we need any meeting
between now and Monday to have more discussion? We will need 4 items for
the TA meeting next week:
1) Revised project description
2) Revised target user description/characteristics (be specific)
3) Drawings/descriptions of initial interface ideas
4) Work plan, time table, responsibility table, or whatever
I guess many of us now are doing #2. I will take care of #1 & #2 if you
all agree. We will need to discuss about #4 via email or some other way.
