I just took the defaults as they were. The only changes I made was to
get all of the appropriate header files included and making a couple
of implicit casts explicit to satisfy the compiler. Is there some
option we need turned on? If so let me know and I'll try to compile
again. Meanwhile I'll provide the dynamic binary and I'll attempt a
static binary.
