  The force of the wind was strong enough to snap trees completely off their trunks. The truck with the grabbing device is on its way to clear the next major obstacle.

  The next obstacle, in fact, was in an earlier picture. First it is necessary to remove a major limb.

  Once the limb was cut through, the truck could move the limb out of the way where it could be cut down further.
