Clarification.

It was brought to my attention that I need to make a clarification in the Tioga (day 4) report. In it I mentioned that we were served the best meal of the week. I should have also added that it was only the best meal of the four *official* CANDISC suppers I took in. The meals that Janet cooked, chicken and rice on Monday, and Mom's meatloaf on Friday, were far superior to any of the other four. The dish of ice cream I was most graciously served upon request after my century ride on Friday was also better than any I had during the trip (although that banana split in Crosby comes in a *very* close second :-). Mom's cooking in Carpio was also excellent, but since the meals weren't served *during* the official CANDISC period, they're excluded from the competition. (Okay, have I covered my butt enough now??? :-)
