The SPBC 2005 Meeting Schedule

The club calendar for 2005 has meetings quarterly, on the fourth Saturdays of January, April, July, and October, at 3 p.m.

We meet at the St. Agnes Baking Company, 644 Olive Street, in Saint Paul, just east of the Pennsylvania exit from I-35E, between Pennsylvania and University.

• April 23, 2005 Bake-Off
• July 23, Bread Baking Basics
• October 22, Sourdoughs

Starting in 2005, there will also be monthly meetings at the fourth Mondays of the month. These are intended for more intimate conversations about bread, not the bigger, more hands-on quarterly meetings. The meetings will be held at Sisu Coffee and Tea, 649 Snelling Avenue South, Saint Paul. The meetings will start at 6:30 p.m. Sisu closes at 8 p.m. The first monthly meeting will be January 24. If they are popular enough to continue, that last meeting in 2005 will be November 28.
