Lorenzo showed shaping with two kinds of dough, a whole wheat dough, and a French dough.
Klecko showed off the new deck oven and gave a demo of handling ciabatta dough.
Ron Miller brought a loaf of his "wheat wheat" bread. He also was deputized to note who was at the meeting.
Escargo brought three homemade breads, a garlic pull-apart bread, a cinnamon pull-apart bread, and a milk bread. He also brought two breads from Trotter's, a honey whole wheat (one of the breads available every day) and a Meditaranian Wheat (one of the breads available more rarely).
Escargo announced availabilty of brochures for the 2005 schedule, including the new monthly meetings, and the 2005 bake-off. He also gave away coupons for Trotter's.
The meeting was attended by about 39 people. Several people were attending their first bread club meeting.
